Fnb debit order

I am very angry with Fnb i have been using fnb since 2004. Today i feel they are unfair on me. Yesterday i went to feather Brooke branch in Ruimsig. I spoke to an consultant stating to her that every week when i get paid there are deductions that keep occurring in my account. The lady then showed me that fnb deducts R100 everytime a debit order bounces. So tracker(cartrack) have been trying to debit from my account which i obviously tell them to debit on the day i tell them to debit since i get paid on Tuesdays. So this lady showed me the deductions which are always made by fnb every after a debit order that bounces. So i told the lady to call her manager. So the manager also told me the same that they deduct 100 for every debit order that bounced. So i asked both of them why aren't they allowing my creditors to deduct because you guys always charge for 100 for debit orders that bounces. Now car tracer called me to let me know still there is no funds from me that deposited to their account. I asked them how much am i supposed to pay coz i normally pay 187.so now they going to charge me double and interest on top. So these two ladies told me the only way to stop these charges of debit orders that bounce is for me to stop my debit orders. So if i may ask why should i stop a debit order that protects my car like cartrack so that fnb wont charge me for my debit orders that bounces. I am very angry because i order my creditors to debit on a certain date but they dont find the amount they supposed to debit because fnb every week charge me for debit orders that bounces. Then fnb employees tell me i should stop my debit orders, we are under lockdown i am experiencing hardships at the monent and now fnb is my bank for so many years since 2004 they are also making this lockdown to be more stressful
