FNB Debit Order Even after manual payments done during the month

FNB is capitalizing on customers due to COVID-19. I have a credit for the last 4 years and every month , i pay more than my minimum installment before the due date and then they do not debit my cheque account. For the month of June 2020 , They decide to still debit my account with the minimum installment even though i paid during the month. Since i have COVID relief loan , now it has gone off there and i have to pay interest on card plus on this COVID plan. Why would i want to pay interest twice?

this is extremely pathetic and furthermore the agents on the secure chat are extremely unhelpful.

please can someone senior within the COVID or credit card team call me and resolve this.

this is extremely annoying especially due to customers being in distress
