FNB debit order dispute more than 40 days now

Debit order was not authorised. I stopped this online. Only 2 months was reversed. The other 2 months was lodged as a dispute on which it stated 40 days investigation. The 40 days has now passed and the money is still not back in my account nor any email regarding this. Where is my money? I did not authorise this debit order. Please return my 2 months money.
