Fnb debit order dispute

I did a debit order dispute which was over 40 days with the bank and was requested to complete a form. I was instructed the process could take about 7 working days but as it stands it's close to two months and the only reason I am given by the bank is that they are experiencing backlogs. So disappointed by the way the bank has been handling my query.
