I want to be able to reverse debit orders!!!

01 Oct 2020, 19:29FNB is the only bank that doesn't allow debit order disputes, they tell you that the matter is resolved whilst it's not, I've been trying to reverse a debit order but their *** it tells you that you must dispute on the app, on that useless app you can't even dispute it tells you to call the call centre number that doesn't go through. I want to dispute from MY ACCOUNT!!! WORST NATIONAL BANK
