FNB Debit order crimes intentional

People please Check your account for unauthorized debits this December - in particular. I know this goes on joyfully at FNB anytime. FNB has been out and about *****ing money from people's accounts again this Dec and a simple request for a refund is being ignored. aren't account holders supposed to approve debit orders as was said by FNB? And the chat seems to be pretty useless and a way to not address issues customers have. I waited on a chat for almost an hour without a response and when i dropped it, then someone comes and say they are closing the chat because you have not responded but why cant you check the chat above and address the matter? i again state my case and then wait... and wait. no response. and then someone comes later, again and says they are "closing the chat because you are not responding". 4 times! what a way to keep your customers! but a word of advice to the Directors of FNB : just for once, check some of the chats that go on between your customers and the people you pay to help your customers over the "chat" facility. you'll be shocked at the level of "customer service". i bet they know that either these chats go unchecked or its just the FNB culture to deal with a customer they way that they do. I wouldn't say/do some of the things they say and do if my superiors could see it and/or do anything about it. Good Luck!
