FNB DEBIT ORDER

Despite numerous attempts to contact fnb regarding reversal of debit orders all went in vain. After getting hold off the consultant all i got was sorry we are not allowed to do reversals.. my foot.. since march they have been telling us about payment holidays and covid relief but still no assistance up to so far. its best i switch to capitec an leave this ********** bank
