FNB DEBIT ORDER

I am so disappointed at FNB please upgrade your app it's useless when it comes to unauthorised debit orders and what is reason for DE*****EC if unauthorised debit order can still go through and no option to stop/reverse them. I wake up with unauthorised debit order I don't even who are those people I have never authorise them..Sad part your stupid app is telling me to contact you while it's my my money that was taken without any agreement.
