FNB Debit *****

I just noticed a debit order for Naedo Internal Coll which is clearly *****.

I didn't receive any notification for FNB at all about this and have never authorized this debut order. How can they just allow random accounts to debit another account? This is ridiculous. I have been trying to use my app to dispute the debit order but the app doesn't even work. I can't get hold of anyone to in person as the call center just keep sending me a link to the app that doesn't work.

I used to think very highly of FNB but if they allow ***** to accrue this easily then I'm not so sure anymore.
