Fnb Debit Card - Tap Function

I've been having issues with the tap function on my debit card. Even if I tap for r10, it asks for a pin. This has been ongoing for months now. I used the secure chat option for assistance and they referred me to the branch as they could not assist. When I got to the branch, they advised that they cannot assist and that I need to complete this request on the secure chat option. I've went through the process of logging this request as well as receiving reference numbers, to have the pin removed when tapping below a certain amount, however the feedback I get is that "it will work in 24 hours after making 2 cash withdrawals at the atm" however it never does work. Please can I receive some precise support with this as I've been a loyal client over 10 years and I have my financial portfolio with FNB. I'm just requesting for the pin to be deactivated when I tap for a certain limit, however it's been more than 6 months without a solution
