FNB debit card ***** recovery

I was ****med by an on line purchase. Instead of R700, they charged and deducted R3700 off mybdebit card. Inwas devastated. I had heard other people had been ****med too and no one had been fully refunded. Some people got a portion back. Lo and behold, FNB debit card ***** department managed to get me a full refund. I am so very grateful to them. And super proud of being connected to such an awsome bank. Thank you. You saved me from having a massive shortfall for April. And it was all done withing 2 weeks!!!!!
