FNB Debit Card Dispute ignored
I sent a debit card dispute form to FNB [REF:***] on 19/06/15. They sent an auto-reply saying my request would be attended to in 5 working days and I have still not heard from them. The transaction (R200 cash withdrawal from P&P that was declined and simultaneously reserved for purchase) is still sitting in \outstanding authorisations"on my account. I have tried to get hold of my branch - permanently engaged"
