FNB DEBIT CARD DISPUTE

Had an incident that arouse from a withdrawal from an ABSA ATM in July. I withdrew money and full amount was dispensed but a third of the amount went back into the machine as I could not pull the whole amount out. This resulted in the full amount being debited and then credited from my account. I have gone to the branch several times following up on the reference number but to no avail. I have sent emails to the debit card disputes division following up but no response. The only response I got was a request for my personal details only. This is an issue that has taken 5months to resolve and does not seem to be getting resolved. The last reference # I got was in October at the branch.
