FNB Debit card dispute

I submitted the debit card dispute with FNB on the 7th of June and I was given a reference until now there is no feed back from this department and the sad part you cannot even contact this department directly since there's no number. The branch assisted me perfectly but this matter is beyond them as they also wait for the response from the disputes department.I'm so disappointed for a big bank like fnb to have a department that is so *********** and ineffective. Can an actual person call me as I need an urgent feedback.
