FNB debit already settled loans.

FNB debited my account for Personal loans I already settled. This happened last week Friday. I have been calling their Personal Loans number and they are not helpful at all. Till today I have not received my refund. They ruined my festive season. I am seriously considering changing Banks now. Fed UP!! I want my money bac****
