Fnb debit account even if loans are paid in advance just to add banking charges

I paid 3 loans in advance for 3 months. Still Nb is debiting my account. I lways had a savings account and is hardly used but found the account with a negatiewe balance of 2022 rand. Again even ter paying the loans in advance 3 debit order attempt was made leaving me with 103 rand debit return order charges. My acc is down grade to Aspire now you are throw rom one person to another. All my calls are recorded. As I am tyding I'm holdi g on for help 24 minutes!!!! Fnb you are a disaster
