FNB DEBI CHECK

a debt review company contacted me out the blue, they harrased me and promised me the world and after weeks and weeks of me not vwilling to join i eventually did...they promised to take over my home loan and other debt...they INSISTED on debi check....they have debited my account with over 20k and nothing was paid towards my home loan ...i call them they dont answer or make false claims that they have contacted the bank....the bank is aware of all of this and no communication still from the debt review people....ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK...FNB REFUSE AS ITS A DEBI CHECK....surely debicheck cant exist if its a **** surely my bank can get my money and pay into the same banks home loan...I CALL FNB GET TRANSFERED AND THEN TOLD EACH TIME THERES NOTHING I CAN DO
