FNB: Death or ***** - How can we help you?
FNB froze my child’s account due to them wanting me to submit documentation which they have in their possession already. Apparently need to go to a branch during COVID before they will unfreeze my child’s account! Or send the sensitive info over email, risking the that same being intercepted and info ******. Death of *****. That is the option FNB gives you for docs they already have to release money of a minor!

14 Jul 2021, 13:00So I was promised that someone will help with this, and we are on Wednesday and NO ONE from FNB has called (since Saturday) and my kids accounts are still Frozen. FNB is holding my kids pocket money hostage, which I am sure is NOT LEGAL! *****ing from kids, WAY TO GO FNB!
