FNB Deals email spam

I have requested FNB to remove my email from their mailing list 8 times (each time receiving confirmation that my requested has been received and will be attended to) and they continue to send me email deals I am not interested in receiving. This is spam. The FNB app cannot opt of receiving spam messages. This is unacceptable not to give yours customers the choice. FNB is very very devious in the manner they conduct there marketing and business. Guilty. Sort this out!!!!
