FNB Deals are a ****

2 months ago I went to buy some golf clubs at the Pro Shop on the FNB deal.

They promised to switch my transaction to a monthly installment after 24 hours as per the terms of the deal, Its over a month now and I keep being told my issue is being escalated. This is not the first time they have done this, the last time it took me 4 months to get a similar issie resolved. All during which they are making me pay interest for the transaction at a rate above what they claim in their Deals.

I feel cheated and ****med!
