FNB dead

FNB offered Covid-19 relief, but it is a myth. They do not process the applications.

I app**** for the relief and received a sms with a reference number. They did not stop any debit orders as promised. I have tried to call them NUMEROUS TIMES OVER SEVERAL DAYS, but nobody ever answer any phone, e-mail or phone message. I have called the Covid-19 number *** as well as general enquiries ***. Nobody ever answer any phone. The relief package is a lie.
