FNB deactivated account and wont give me my money

I have a smart account with FNB that I use to send and receive money via PayPal. I last withdrew in Feb. Attempting to withdraw from PayPal into my FNB account today, the website informed me that my account is inactive. This account has over R1200 in it. After being given the runaround by the enquiries dept (at least they dont have the temerity to call it 'customer service') who refused to do anything unless I could tell them the pin number of my NON EXISTENT debit card, I finally was informed that the account was inactivated because I hadnt used it in three months. My punishment for not using the account is that I have to physically go into a branch and make a transaction, even an online transaction from another bank into my FNB account will not do.
This is OUTRAGEOUS. Three months or else?? Fine way to treat customers.
FNB now have my money and wont allow me access to it.

This is not SMART on FNBs part, you are alienating customers with this ridiculous requirement and this \or else"attitude. What is the point? Why put your customers through inconvenience for no rational reason.

DISGUSTING. YOU HAVE MY MONEY. SHOULD I CALL THE POLICE TO GET IT BACK?
"""
