My second complaint about FNB i made payment on the 26 of my loan account they called and advised payment was received after i had reported to hello peter after numerous calls and emails of sending proof of payment. They have add interest on a loan i had to have paid of by june and my account still shows i owe them. The proof of payment which they say they have received has not been allocated to my loan account and they have added interest _this is the reason why i chnaged banks.im very unhappy with how fnb has treated me whwn i have been a customer for many years and have never experienced such poor poor service!!!!!!
