FNB De-linking of Device is impossible

I have tried unsuccessfully to get my Device De-Linked so that it can be linked again for over two months now. FNB communicated via email that someone would contact me (and cc'ed the people who would contact me into the mail), but no joy.

I have emailed, phoned, escalated - literally done everything in my power to get this sorted, but to no avail.

Horrible horrible customer experience
