FNB ****

I was ****med of my salary and bonus on the 30th November 2023. Called their ***** department and they pretended to help. They said the account was closed however on the 24th December there was still *****ulent activity going on . When I called they told me they couldn’t close the account and I had to go to a branch to do that . They assigned Boitumelo Mashele to my case. She was not helpful at all. I had to keep calling for progress and she wouldn’t respond to e-mails. After submitting all that was needed they told me my statement was vague and I had to go make another one . I honestly had had it with the up and down so I left it at that. They have also not called or sent any e-mails to follow up . I feels as a bank they should have at least stressed with me but that was not the case
