FNB

I have banked with FNB for over 20 year's since October last year 3 amounts have gone out of my account. The ***** department is useless after reporting to them they have never contacted me. Everytime I call I just get told that they cannot trace the money. I am a pensioner and it has been R6000, R8000 and R13000 missing from my account. I am disgusted and moving my bank account. Surely all banks have insurance against this kind of thing. My friend had R130000 missing from Standard Bank and had all her money refunded in 3 days ????
