FNB days are numbered

FNB does not pay out automatically when you have lottery or powerball winnings only the small amounts if you do not check these chances are they are keeping your money. I’ve sent a query with all feedback and to date not a peep. If ithuba has transferred to them they are just keeping that money for themselves obviously. Seriously considering change of bank because I’m tired now.
