FNB daylight robbing *******

In May my account was cleaned out by *****sters. I acted immediately and FNB did absolutely nothing. They made me wait 14 working days and still didn't get back to me. I called again on day 16 and they were going to investigate it and get back to me. It's the 8th August and they still haven't got back to me and my money is gone. They seen my review and messaged me in the app to say they will contact in 48 hours. That was in June. Last week I stopped a debit order on the app that was due to be debited today just in case the company didn't see to it that my debit order was stopped, and guess what, FNB again *****ed me and let the debit order go off. I've heard that many FNB clients have lost money due to FNB. They do not protect their clients and find every reason to chow their money. Don't join FNB!!! Capitec is more responsible with your hard earned money
