FNB **************** AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CONSULTANT NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH. ARROGANT AND UTTER DISRESPECT

FNB is by far the worst bank for personal and business banking. I have been battling with them non stop for a month now and with no results whatsoever.

Business Banking is a nightmare as I requested an account, got the card rather quickly yet over three weeks later and it is still not activated by the bank.

Account opening department has to be phoned just to open an email from their clients and then always find a way of rejecting a document or rejecting information.

Easy Account department is an even bigger nigthmare, one consultant in particular, namely Muzi Damba who is snippy from the moment he answers your call as well as calling you a **** for information received. He tells you to educate yourself on their banking fees after you ask why your account is continuously in arrears.

To top it off, my Online Banking profile had been compromised roughly a week after my account was opened. If FNB is rated #1 for business and personal banking with these results, then I really do not want to know who is rated worst. Their security measures are a joke.

FNB refuses to contact me after numerous requests.

Kindly forward this to the appropriate parties as I will not stand in silence and let this happen to someone else.
