FNB daylight ******* for fees.

FNB charging ridiculous fees for missed debit orders is insane! I have paid close to R3000 on unpaid debit order fees in the last 2months and maybe R10000 in the past year. They will charge you from 115 for any missed debit order, that's insane! My question is why you charge so much? Where do we get these ridiculous amounts? It's daylight *******, how much are they making from these fees? I seriously want to close this account I've had for about 10years! You can't allow such ridiculous fees, R10 is reasonable maybe also on second attempt. You are robbing us that can't be.
