FNB day-light robing me

I’ve been having problems with FNB every month this year so I’ll probably have to go back to my previous bank. There’s an amount of R8 deducted by an account every day and I’m shocked to realize that it amounted to R200. When I call, they’re unable to help or want to send me forms to fill in, I just want my money back the same way they took it please. Even the last time, I bought something online and I ended up cancelling my order and they gave me problems with returning my money.
