Fnb day light *******, items not paid no3 No funds
This morning when i check my transaction history via the fnb app, i see ITEMS NOT PAID NO FUNDS NO3 and an amount of R360. When i called the bank to clarify what it was for, they said i have swiped my card at 3 places on the 25th May 2019 at a specific mall, to my knowledge i havent been there on the 25th but was there on 22nd may 2019. Luckily i have the receipts for those transactions to show this stupid bank! I only swipe my card knowing that there is funds available. And i dont have an overdraft facility linked to my account! This is truly day light *******! Ive been charged many times before, but unfortunately i just ignored it. I will be closing my account tomorrow
