FNB Daveyton Mall Identity Docs

FNB Daveyton Mall Had a query on my account and was told I need to have any form of identity documents(id, license). I came back to submit my temporary license together with my old(expired license). Teller then informed me she cannot assist me with these documents as the one has expired and she won’t take my temporary license. I wasted 1h40 min at that branch.
