FNB Daveyton Mall Branch A Pain.

On 11/02/2023 and 25/02/2023, my time was wasted going to this branch. Wow! On my first visit, after sitting in a queue for a little over an hour,I sat for another hour and 15 minutes only to be told that the account I had previously tried to open in May of 2022 still couldn't be opened because ''the system wont allow a product to be added to my child`s name'' (I was trying to open an account for my daughter). I left my contact details and was told I`d be called back once some department had been told about the error the in-house consultants experienced when trying to open my daughters account. 16 days later, still haven't received that call. I went back on the past Saturday and I was standing in the queue, a lady and her friend exited talking about how an account couldn't be opened for them because of this, that and the other. I left!

Turning that branch into a library or something would be much more beneficial to the community at large. What a waste.
