FNB Daveyton Branch Is Blessed With Ntombi and Sam

After my previous review of FNB, Ntombikayise and Sam (Branch Manager) told me they'd come to see me in order to have my complaint attended to and they actually did. Showed up on the promised date and time to have my issue resolved. My daughter`s card for the account Ntombi opened for me on that day was delivered earlier today and I`m happy! Super happy!

I`m pleased with how they resolved my initial complaint and how seriously they took it. They didn't roll their eyes at my demand for excellence- they rose up to the challenge and restored my faith in the Daveyton branch. Sam could have easily feigned being far too busy to physically attend to a client's dissatisfaction but he didn't. He accompanied Ntombikayise to my place of employment and handled the situation like a champ- professionally and efficiently. Ntombikayise was a pleasure to interact with. Again, I`m happy!

All hail Ntombikayise and Sam! Champions, I tell you! I`m proud to be a part of The Bank of The Changeables and now, so is my daughter!
