FNB DAILY LIMIT GLITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ONLY ABLE TO SEND R500 EWALLET WHEN DAILY LIMIT IS R3000

I am so irrirated with this bank, i dont know why there must always be something with them, ive got a business account and im trying to send money/ e-wallet to my workers for stock to collect tonorrow but according to fnb i have reached my daily send money limit of R3000 when i havent even sent a previous e wallet ir any money today. This is so frustrating! Having to run a business with petty issues like these, I mean i cant even transfer my money to to business. So the R3000 daily limit should then have an available amount of R3000 to transfer or e wallet, but no what does mine show.......: R500 left yo ewallet for the day when i havent sent any other amount???? So what about the other availableR2500?????????????????? Where did that vanish................????????????????????????? Why can i only send R500??????????????????? I never had an issue with my limits or e wallets why was it changed without speaking to me about it?????????? Now ive got an issue where i need to collect stock by a supplier but cant pay them...............please fix your daily limits glitch, and no i dont want to drive all the way to an atm to update it when it was fine all along,why was my limits changed???????? In business you cant always wait if you need to make a payment it needs to be made now!
