I am a student I'm 18 my father gave me money to deposit money to the school Bank on the 08/06/2020 to pay my school fees which was due on the 8/06/2020 I made the deposit and the money was swollowed by the back I went inside and I filled form they said I should get a reference sms and I didn't get any and it's been 24 hrs now I have to pay 500 extra because the school fees was late please help I tried to call them but they are busy asking for my ID saying I don't have an account
