FNB

On the fnb app it gives you a option to take out a personal loan. I tried to see if I can Qualify and money was paid out in a few hours if it was not less. In the mean while we where applying for a second bond. I wanted to pay back the personal loan due to the high interest rate. The lady who was handeling my application advised me to wait and said she will sort it out or get someone from that department to contact me to reverse the loan. It never happend. After a week i decided to pay back the money to close the account. FNB already charged me interest and then told me when I called that I needed to pay R2385 to close the account. The lady also told me that I was suppose to pay the money back in 5 days... I did not see that on the terms and conditions... and it was by day 8 the money was paid back in the account In FULL.. How can you be charged R2385 in a week???? I wanted to talk to a supervisor but was again promised that I would be called back! That also did not happen. I am truly so unhappy with FNB now its not even funny. You need to be careful before just taking out loans. The after service is pathetic!
