Had an occasion to try and contact their ***** Line. Again you press 12or3 and then 12 or 3 again, then are told all consultants are busy!!!! Wait on the line for about 3-4 minutes and hang up frustrated. My card has been compromised, but you cannot get hold of anyone to let them know. One good thing is you can block your phone on the App. At ABSA, they answer immediately.FNB
