Capitec payment to Dr de Goede had one no wrong Normally at Capitec when I make a mistake it rejects it saying account no don’t match beneficiary But Fnb just took my money gave to wrong person Must be dishonest 2100, 4 payments to Dr de Goede Surly when money comes in account should notify bank or bank should pick up Phones Capitec recovery department They informed fnb Haven’t heard a word since .Why can’t bank just inform owner of mistake and get my money back If I have to put in formal complaint to Capitec they will charge me 160 per item 4 payments If money does not come back tough luck Can this system be so bad ???
