I'm a pensioner and a good Samaritan blessed me with R150 being paid into ewallet for petrol to go to the hospital to get my clips removed after an operation,I made it to the garage which had a Fnb atm,I went to the ATM to withdraw the R150,the ATM didn't have any R50 notes so I had to withdraw R100 only,so I went to hospital and on my way back I stoped at a FNB ATM to withdraw the balance of R50,I obtained a new FNB pin and started the transaction only to be told on screen that I don't have enough funds,I could not understand it so I drove with the R100 petrol to the nearest FNB which is in Walmer Park Port Elizabeth,on arrival I told a gentleman (FNB employee)what the problem is and he didn't believe me,so off we went to the ATM outside and he obtained a new pin after I gave him my phone number and the same thing reflected on the screen,so we went inside again and he used the phone to call ewallet,he spoke to a lady and explained the situation,then she ask to speak to me,I retold the same story again and explained that I can't help if there ATM didn't have R50 notes it's not my problem,she was so nice and understanding and ask to speak to the gentleman that phoned her I could not get hold of the gentleman because he's been send to lunch,so the other lady (employee)came and talked to her and all she said was yes,yes,yes,then she told me that on my 2nd transaction there is a R11... Charge,I said but I'm not responsible to get R50 notes into their ATM 'S,if they had R50 notes I would have made 1 transaction only so don't blame it on me,I had to leave without anyone resolving this situation,so now there is a R50 that Fnb ”stole”from me which I will never be able to get,I think it's so unfair that a big institution like FNB should ” *****" money from the "small "people to just get richer because how many other people was done in the same way,thousand if not millions into their pockets,to me R50 means a lot,to them people means not much,just want to warn the other people out there about it
