FNB CYBER *****

I logged a complaint about cyber ***** on my credit card only to be sent a reference number and two weeks later no further contact at all or even a resolution, I have emailed the CEO Jan Cilliers and sent reference numbers to no avail. In the meantime FNB is charging me R4 k per month interest for money that was moved from my account to a unknown Absa account. FNB has acknowledged the deposits and transfers as well as that they don’t know how and where they have gone too.
