FNB customers vulnerable to Hackers!
FNB are letting their customers vulnerable to hackers as they cannot install the FREE anti-virus software by Trend Micro! I have been trying to install the software for weeks now and contacted them on the 13th October 2017 ( ********** Q). I got a reply from Digital Banking on the 15th stating that the problem with Trend Micro was resolved and that I must try again on the 16th October. I tried today ( 25th October) again and had the same problem! The software is free to FNB clients but during installation, it requires you to buy a serial number
