FNB customers exercise caution

I advice anyone who is planning on opening an FNB Bank account to reconsider. They froze my new account on making the first deposit without any notice period on 13th March 2020. Daily calls, emails with requested documents, trips to the nearest open branch have been to no avail, the ***** division has not been contactable from either the branch or email. Their seemingly "don't care" behavior has even led me to become suspicious as to why a bank would be preventing their clients from accessing their funds !!
