FNB Customers Easy Targets for *********

Be aware that FNB does not have any real protection for you against *****.

I had R30 000 ****** from my account. The ******* took my phone and wallet, something I am sure happens a lot, and used my card for online, downloaded and logged into the FNB app and changed all my limits.

FNB's pathetic response, they take no responsibility because "OTP InContact authentication is required" knowing full well the ******* had my phone and bank card.

Getting a replacement card at the bank in person with my ID book and proof of address involved more security checks than it did for ********* to gain full access to my own account. They want multiple finger prints for verification but zero security to stop any random accessing the FNB app.

The ****** knew what they were doing so I am certain they have done this to other FNB customers before.

Disgusted that I actually pay them money to look after my money.
