FNB customers are not important to them.

I was called a week before the end of October to confirm that my credit card and loan has been approved for the retrenchment cover. A week later the R2188 went off for the loan and upon calling was told that should have had happened and they would refund my R2188. I waited and to my suprise they only refunded a difference of about R1200 but then I left it and asked for my debits to stop running and I was told yes. On the 15th again this debit ran from my account and spoke to mandla who was very unhelpful, when asking questions he just kept quite and I always had to ask if he is still listening. I even told him if I do loose my cool he mustn't take it personal as it is intended for fnb and not him and then he through in my face that I insulted him and that is when I stripped and put the phone down. Nothing has been done yet. And i tried calling today 5 times, and the first time someone picked up.. Second time person called Rirhandu answered. They gave me the same response as someone gave me last week. e.g., they will give me a replacement? and this time they said they will call me after 9 with a solution (almost the same response as someone last week).. WHY AM I CALLING FOR ALL THIS TIME WASTING ENERGY FOR MYSELF??? .. Still waiting. I am leaving the country on the 26th, and i've waited to long for this and now its holiday time?. Let me guess.. you are going to \escalate\"" this matter?.. lol"""
