FNB customer services

On the Monday the 7 March 2022, I went to FNB Cleary Park. I asked them to Asist with my credit card because I don't work anymore. I also asked if it is possible so that I can make arrangements for them that they can give me opportunity so that they can deduct in 2 to 3 months times because then only will I be receiving my provident fund money. FNB just stated that they would not be able to assist as my credit card is not in arrears and that they can only assist if it handed over other ways they can't help me.
