FNB customer service very poor

I am trying to get a hold of FNB's forex department. But it is proving to be near impossible from overseas. As usual I sent a forex transaction. The sending bank says the transaction is done, but it's not showing anything on their end. And their web chat is *******. they disconnect me all the time. I also can't phone their 087 numbers from overseas. Can anoyone at FNB help?
