FNB Customer service terrible

I downgraded from FNB Private clients last week and wanted Gold account . today i got a call from a sales agent and she told me about Fusion Account. Needless to say she failed to inform me it works like a credit card. So now i do not want the fusion account i want the normal account i had app**** for. Been trying to contact FNB and everyone keeps transferring to a different agent. Im so annoyed right now
