Fnb customer service sucks

My betway winnings were withdrawn on 20 th June in kzn whereas I had my ewallet card with me an message I received from fnb after withdrawn from betway saying use your card to withdraw money or use your card to buy and did everything they asked opened a case I am always following up on these and they will be changing my line to every department till my airtime depleted
